So we have good news and bad news!
The good news is She-Ra is finally here.
The bad news is that we won’t be shipping any more packages until after January 4th.
There are a couple reasons for the bad news.
First is that the holidays are upon us. Like many of you, we have immediate family to spend time with and virtual gatherings to attend with many others.
But second and biggest reason is because of the shipping overload that is happening right now at the USPS. The USPS is dealing with a massive influx of shipping for the holidays. With COVID-19 preventing so many from traveling, this shipping issue comes as no surprise.
As a result, many of you have items you have shipped or you are expecting that have seen no movement in the USPS tracking system. That is because their distribution hubs are dealing with the stress of an unusual shipping frenzy. You may have seen the pictures online of the mountains of stacked packages at different hubs.
Therefore, to avoid adding to the existing burden of the USPS working to get gifts delivered for the holidays, and because any shipments that go out now were unlikely to arrive by the holidays even under normal conditions, we will suspend shipping until after January 4th. We hope we can count on your support and understanding of that decision.
Until we resume, we are continuing to prepare packages and print shipping labels so we can get things out the door as quickly as possible after January 4th. Any notices received from this past weekend through the 4th are only preparation.
We thank everyone for their support of Power-Con and we wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season!
