Our discounted room rate starts at $199.00 a night.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
Check in time is at 4pm and Check out time is at 11am. Guests are required to cancel their room reservation by midnight hotel time 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a fee equal to one night’s guest room rate and tax.
Upon check in, guests will be asked to confirm their departure date. After reconfirming their departure date, if guest decides to leave earlier, they will be charged an early departure fee equal to one night’s guest room rate and tax. Also, like with many hotels these days, upon check-in an authorization charge of $50.00 per day is required with the estimated charges for their guest room rate and tax for the entirety of their stay. Any unused portion of this deposit will be refunded at check-out.

MOTUFest is happening inside the Northern Kentucky Convention Center on September 12 & 13, 2026. The convention center is connected directly to the hotel by a walkway for your convenience.
