As of today, Sunday, May 24th, 2020, all Power-Con 2020 Attendees who only pre-purchased passes have been issued a full refund.
All other Attendees who pre-ordered a mix of passes and merchandise have been contacted via e-mail to inquire about how they would like to proceed with refunds or shipping of their items.
If you were a Power-Con 2020 Attendee (Saturday, Sunday, Weekend, & Power Pass holders) who had pre-purchased merchandise, please reply to that e-mail before June 7th to let us know which option works best for you. It will take us a week or so to get back to everyone about their preferred option so please don’t worry if you don’t hear back immediately. If you do not reply by June 7th, we will automatically move forward with a full refund in the days that follow.
If you have not received the initial e-mail, please check your spam / junk folder in case it was filtered out. If you still cannot find the e-mail, please contact us via this website and we’ll get back to you with your options.
For those of you who reserved hotel rooms through our hotel block at the Hilton Anaheim, we will be contacting you soon. As the 2021 event is more than a year away, the hotel was unable to offer the option to roll existing reservations forward. So the hotel has turned that matter over to us and we’ll be helping to cancel those reservations. We still have plenty of time to handle the 2020 hotel room cancellations so have no worries!
